Safari Won’t Launch

Why do not most of the video work in my Firefox browser?
I love my Firefox browser, but for a couple of months, the video does not play in the browser. Used to work. If the video plays, it recently after launching the browser and then stops. Youtube almost never works. If I can get video to play, for example, Hulu, you will not receive any sound. Video works in my other browsers (Safari and IE). Also, my browser is completely up to date, as my team as I can tell.
well ……… uninstall Firefox and reinstall it …….. and then again to install the plugins ….. and the Shockwave and Flash Player ……. and then check it out ….. Hope that helps!
